Abstract
Due to the influence of marine corrosive environment, the reinforced concrete structures in nuclear power plants in coastal area are corroded by chloride salts, which leads to the corrosion of reinforced steel and the cracking of concrete protection layer. These problems not only increase the maintenance cost of nuclear power plants, but also threaten the safety operation of nuclear power plants. So it is of great significance to study and popularize the technology for corrosion protection of reinforced concrete structures in nuclear power plants. The first impressed current cathodic protection system for reinforced concrete structure in domestic nuclear power plant is introduced from the aspects of system composition, installation and commissioning.
