Abstract
Using a circulating flow experimental device, multi-point online electrochemical corrosion parameters were measured, the electrochemical corrosion behavior of P110 steel in flowing NaCl solution was analyzed, and the effects of flow rate and NaCl concentration on the corrosion behavior of P110 steel were discussed. The results showed that in flowing 2% (mass fraction) NaCl solution, the corrosion rate of P110 steel increased with the increase of flow rate, and the corrosion reaction was mainly controlled by cathodic oxygen diffusion and anodic dissolution reaction. In high flow rate NaCl solution, the shear force of the liquid on the wall and the action of Cl- worked together to destroy the corrosion product film, resulting in the continuous decrease of the charge transfer resistance and the increase of the corrosion rate after the increase of the Cl- concentration.
