Abstract
The downhole working conditions of an offshore oil and gas field (129.5℃, hydrogen sulfide partial pressure 0.26 kPa, carbon dioxide partial pressure 2.75 MPa) were simulated by a high temperature autoclave, and the corrosion behavior of TN110CR13M oil casing steel in this environment was tested by electrochemical test and corrosive environment exposure test. The results showed that in the simulated environment, TN110CR13M oil casing steel had good corrosion resistance, and its average corrosion rate was only 0.018 8 mm/a. And after 30 day exposure test, a high-Cr-containing corrosion product film with good corrosion resistance and complete structure could be formed on the surface of the sample, which improved the corrosion resistance of the material.
