Preparation of Conductive Concrete and Its Strength and Dehumidification Effect

Abstract
Conductive concrete samples were prepared by adding conductive filler and polymer into concrete mortar. The effects of polymer content, conductive filler content and cement-sand ratio on the strength and dehumidification efficiency of the concrete were studied, and the effect mechanism was analyzed. The results show that adding suitable conductive filler and polymer emulsion could improve the dehumidification efficiency of concrete, reduce the corrosion of steel bar, and improve the quality and service life of underground concrete structure. The dehumidification efficiency of the concrete with high cement-sand ratio was obviously higher than that of the concrete with low cement-sand ratio.
