    Research Progress of Supercritical Water Oxidation Reactor

    • Treatment of refractory organic waste by supercritical water oxidation (SCWO) has many advantages and is gaining more and more attentions. However, the manufacturing cost of the core device reactor of SCWO is relatively high, and problems such as salt plugging and corrosion are easily generated during operation, which hinders its industrialization. In order to meet the needs of high-parameter, large-capacity and long-term stable operation, the research and application status of the SCWO reactor is introduced in detail. And on this basis, suggestions and possible solutions for the structure optimization of the reactor are proposed. All these were expected to provide guidance for the industrial application of SCWO technology.
