Abstract
Aiming at the acid corrosive environment of northwest oilfield, using bisphenol A epoxy resin as the main raw material, two-component epoxy anti-corrosion coating GQ was prepared on the surface of N80 carbon steel. The physical properties and corrosion resistance of GQ coating in three simulated northwest oilfield environments were analyzed by adaptability evaluation test of simulated northwest oilfield environment. The results showed that GQ coating had excellent physical properties, and its adhesion, impact resistance and hardness were 12.25 MPa, 6.2 J and 4 H, respectively. After corrosion in the highly corrosive simulated environment 3 for 30 d, the adhesion, impact resistance and hardness of GQ coating were 8.74 MPa, 5.3 J and 3 H, respectively, without obvious defects. GQ coating had good thermal stability, when the temperature was lower than 325 ℃, the coating had almost no quality loss. GQ coating had good electrochemical stability after immersion in oil field water samples for 480 h, the impedance modulus value of the coating was still greater than 109 Ω·cm2, and the coating showed good corrosion resistance.
