Abstract
The corrosion behaviors of L245 pipeline steel under stripping coating at different gap depths were studied by electrochemical test and macro morphology analysis. The results showed that the self corrosion potential of L245 steel electrode at different positions under the stripping coating was related to the gap depth. The corrosion rate of steel electrode at 90 mm from the damage point decreased first, then increased and then decreased, and Warburg impedance diffusion arc and obvious dispersion effect appeared, which was the most obvious point of crevice corrosion under this corrosion system; There were obvious cracks in the corrosion product layer on the surface of the steel electrode 90 mm away from the damage point, and the pitting corrosion on the surface of the steel electrode 150 mm was prominent. Coating peeling may cause crevice corrosion of L245 pipeline steel, which should be paid attention to apron pipeline protection.
