Abstract
Traditional electrochemical methods were used to measure the corrosion electrochemical parameters of super ferritic stainless steel S44660 and austenitic stainless steel 316L under different magnetic induction intensities in environment of geothermal water. The effect of magnetic field on corrosion behavior of these two stainless steels were investigated through the corrosion electrochemical parameters combined with corrosion morphology analysis. The results showed that the corrosion rates of S44660 stainless steel and 316L stainless steel had both curve fluctuations and thresholds under different magnetic field strengths, that is to say, the corrosion rates decreased first and then increased with the increase of magnetic induction intensity.
