Abstract
A corrosion inhibitor used for environment-friendly water film replacement antirust oil was selected through demulsibility test and salt spray test. The results showed that although the salt spray corrosion resistance of calcium sulfonate was high, its demulsibility was poor and it was easy to decompose when encountering water. The calcium based composite agent, which was composed of base oil, oxidized paraffin, oxidized paraffin calcium soap and calcium sulfonate through scientific proportion, had good demulsibility and salt spray corrosion resistance, and was harmless to human health and the environment, so it could replace barium sulfonate as a corrosion inhibitor. The antirust oil prepared with dodecenylsuccinic acid, N-oleyl sarcosine octadecylamine as dehydrating agent and calcium based composite as corrosion inhibitor had high water displacement efficiency and was environmentally safe.
