    Mechanical Property Attenuation Characteristics of Corroded Components of Gates

    • In this paper, through the image recognition technology of the LBP algorithm, the geometric shape information such as the identification unit and the LBP216 value are clarified, and the degree of corrosion disease of the hydraulic gate components is quantitatively identified, combined with the resistance bearing test of the corroded components to determine: the resistance performance of corroded components presents the characteristics of quadratic parabolic decay with the increase of corrosion disease degree, and the maximum attenuation of the resistance index in the area with severe corrosion disease exceeds 44.41%, and it presents obvious discreteness and uncertainty; It is an effective technical measure to prevent engineering disasters to strengthen the identification of corrosion disease of the stressed components of the gate, especially the disposal or scrapping of the seriously corrosion diseased area.
