Dynamic Fluctuation Characteristics of AC and DC Parameters of Buried Pipeline under AC Interference from High-Speed Railway

Abstract
The AC and DC parameters of buried pipelines near three high-speed railways were monitored for a long time, and the monitoring data were analyzed statistically. The results showed that under the dynamic AC interference of high-speed railway, the AC interference parameters of pipelines displayed pulse type fluctuation characteristics, and the fluctuation of AC and DC parameters of pipelines had good synchronization with the running condition of high-speed railway, and the effectiveness of cathodic protection was reduced. The AC interference condition of pipeline was closely related to the traction power supply mode of high-speed railway. Compared with the AT power supply mode, the AC interference period of the pipeline near high-speed railway in the direct power supply mode was longer, and the interference time within a single cycle was longer as well.
