    Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle Parts and Its Corrosion Prevention Technology

    • The hydrogen fuel cell vehicle system and hydrogen fuel cell component materials were discussed, and the corrosion types of battery stack components were analyzed under different battery service environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, electrolyte composition, pH, potential, and hydrogen pressure. The commonly used corrosion resistant and functional coatings and corresponding surface treatment processes for battery components were sorted out. The key research directions in the development of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles were analyzed and proposed, including the surface corrosion prevention of key components and materials of battery stacks.
