Research Progress of Corrosion Monitoring Techniques of Aircraft Structure

The classification of corrosion monitoring techniques was briefly introduced. The operating principles of some common corrosion monitoring techniques of aircraft structure were described, and the advantages and disadvantages of each technique were presented. The research and development of new corrosion monitoring systems and their application were introduced as highlight. Finally, the future development and prospects of the corrosion monitoring techniques were discussed on the basis of service characteristics and engineering practices of Chinese aircrafts.
