Abstract
At present, there are relatively few domestic hydrogen pipeline engineering experience, and most of the hydrogen pipeline materials are low-pressure and low-grade steel pipes. There is no unified understanding of the design and applicability evaluation of hydrogen-doped natural gas transport pipeline materials. Through the investigation of relevant standards and specifications of hydrogen transmission pipeline and hydrogen storage container at home and abroad, the relevant requirements and applicability evaluation methods of pipe performance in hydrogen transmission environment are sorted out. Aiming at the key performance indexes such as tensile properties, fracture toughness, fatigue properties and burst pressure of fastening discs in different standards, the differences of test methods in each standard are compared and analyzed, and the shortcomings of current test and evaluation standards for pipeline suitability in hydrogen-containing environment are summarized in combination with relevant test datas.
