Abstract
The GO/PANI (polyaniline) composite material was obtained by adding graphene oxide (GO) obtained by the hummer method during the oxidation process of aniline. GO/PANI anticorrosive coating was prepared by mechanical blending with water-soluble epoxy resin lotion (WEP) as carrier. Electrochemical methods were used to study the anti-corrosion performance and mechanism of GO/PANI coatings. The results showed that when the mass fraction of the filler (GO/PANI) was 1%, the adhesive film had high water resistance, with a water absorption rate of only 8%. The coating containing 1% GO/PANI had high corrosion resistance. And the anti-corrosion performance of the composite coating containing 1% (GO/PANI) prepared under H2SO4 conditions was the best.
