Effect of Chemical Milling Parameters on XRD of TA15 Titanium Alloy

Abstract
In order to study the effect of chemical milling parameters on the microstructure of TA15 titanium alloy, the effects of stirring speed, solution ratio, placement position, chemical milling time, additive content, and chemical milling temperature on the microstructure of TA15 titanium alloy were investigated in this experiment, and characterized by XRD. The results showed that increasing the stirring speed, solution ratio, chemical milling time, and chemical milling temperature would decrease the content of the α phase, increase the content of β phase; the placement position and additives had little effect on the surface microstructure of TA15 titanium alloy.
