    Research Status of Corrosion and Protection of Amine Liquid Desulfurization System

    • The principle and process of amine liquid desulfurization were briefly analyzed, with a focus on analyzing and summarizing the main types of corrosion present in the amine liquid desulfurization system. Suggestions for corrosion prevention and control were proposed from aspects such as process control, material upgrading, corrosion monitoring, and optimized structural design. It was recommended to strengthen the research on amine liquid regeneration technology and detection and analysis methods for thermal stable salts in amine liquid in the future, and to develop monitoring technologies suitable for sulfide stress corrosion cracking and amine stress cracking corrosion types in amine liquid desulfurization systems.
