    Research on Anti-Corrosion Technology of Gathering and Transportation System Pipeline in Changqing Oilfield

    • By using the water samples extracted from the gathering and transportation system of Changqing Oilfield, the immersion test of Q345 steel hanging pieces coated with different coatings was carried out, and the anti-corrosion technology for the gathering pipeline was studied. The results showed that epoxy resin glass fiber reinforced plastic coating and epoxy zinc-rich coating had good corrosion resistance. The surface of blank coupon, HCC fiber reinforced composite coating and ceramic coating coupon had different degrees of corrosion. Therefore, it was suggested that the pipeline of gathering and transportation system in Changqing Oilfield should be coated with epoxy resin glass fiber reinforced plastic coating or epoxy zinc-rich coating as the internal corrosion protection process.
