Abstract
The antibacterial amiphiphobic Ag/PFOA composite coating was prepared on the surface of 316L stainless steel by chemical etching and liquid deposition. The microstructure and chemical composition of the composite coating were characterized by X-ray diffractometer, Fourier infrared spectrometer, scanning electron microscope and contact angle measuring instrument. The wear resistance and antibacterial properties of the composite coating were tested. The results show that the surface of the stainless steel after chemical etching had uneven micro-nano structure. The composite coating had the effect of inhibiting the growth of escherichia coli, and could withstand a vertical load of 40 N and a horizontal friction load of 600 N. After the stainless steel surface was covered with composite coating, both the lipophobicity and the hydrophobicity were enhanced. After cyclic use of the composite coating for 15 times in simulated real scene, the wettability of the composite coating decreased significantly, but after cyclic use for 30 times, the wettability decreased more and more slowly.
