    Application and Effect of WG-4-1 High Temperature Resistant Peelable Coating in Processing of Projectile Parts

    • WG-4-1 high temperature resistant peelable coating was used as the temporary protective material for the surface of projectile parts. The peeling performance of the peelable coating was investigated. The influence of the peelable coating on the performance of protected coating and its application effect in the processing of projectile parts were studied. The results show that the peeling performance of the peelable coating was only related to its own thickness, and the peeling effect was getting better with the increase of the thickness. The peelable coating had little effect on the glossness, color difference, adhesion and other properties of the protected coating surface. It had a good protective effect during the full-elastic processing as an efficient temporary surface protective material for projectile parts.
