    Research on Corrosion and Protection of Fire Water Pipelines in Nuclear Power Plants

    • Aiming at corrosion problem of the fire water pipeline in nuclear power plants, the composition, operation and water quality characteristics of fire water system in nuclear power plants are systematically analyzed. The common problems of uniform corrosion, corrosion tumor and cavitation corrosion of fire water pipeline in nuclear power plants are discussed, and the problems of valve jam and nozzle blockage caused by fire water pipeline corrosion are described. In addition, from the aspects of water quality improvement, pipeline material replacement, pipeline inner wall purge and periodic test process optimization of fire water system, the protection methods of fire water pipeline are introduced, which provides guidance and reference for the anti-corrosion management of fire water pipeline in nuclear power plant.
