Abstract
The composition of residues on surfaces of hood annealed and cold rolled steel plates. The formulation of the leveling solution with sodium molybdate, tannic acid and sodium benzoate as the main corrosion inhibition components was optimized by orthogonal test. The anti-rust performance of the optimized leveling solution was evaluated by damp heat stacking test, water replacement test and electrochemical test. The wettability of the optimized leveling solution was studied by contact angle test and surface tension test. The cleaning ability of the optimized leveling solution was also investigated by cleaning test. The results show that the optimized leveling solution had good protective properties on the cold rolled steel plates, significantly inhibited the anodic process of corrosion, and significantly improved the anti-rust effect. The wettability and cleaning property of the optimized leveling solution to the cold rolled steel plate were good, which was helpful to improve the surface quality of the cold rolled steel plate.
