Abstract
A gas solid erosion prediction model was established based on the injection production conditions of Yu 3× gas storage. The effects of production parameters such as gas production flux, gas production pressure and particle properties on the maximum erosion rate were studied, the critical production conditions were analyzed for N80 oil pipe with different degrees of erosion risk. The results show that the maximum erosion rate increased with the increase of gas production flux within the preset gas production index range of Yu 3× gas storage, while the increase of gas production pressure reduced the erosion degree of the pipe string to a certain extent. The degree of erosion increased linearly with the increase of sand production flux. The increase of particle diameter led to the increase of erosion rate, and the decrease of particle sphericity led to the increase of erosion rate. Based on the prediction model, the critical production parameter chart of N80 oil pipe was established for the erosion risk assessment based on easily available parameters on site.
