Research Progress of Corrosion Prevention Technology for Overhead Transmission Lines

The corrosion causes and current status of wires and insulators in overhead transmission lines are reviewed. The corrosion detection technology and anti-corrosion technology for overhead transmission lines at present are introduced. The performance, principle and application status of superhydrophobic coating/structure and chemical anti-corrosion coating are introduced emphatically.
