    Research Progress of Experimental Techniques for Release, Migration and Deposition of Corrosion Products in Primary Coolant System of Pressurized Water Reactors

    • The experimental techniques of corrosion product release, migration and deposition in pressurized water reactor (PWR) were reviewed. The experimental data and results obtained based on the experimental techniques were introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of different experimental techniques were compared and analyzed. The results showed that in the aspect of corrosion product release, the dissolution and release test of corrosion products based on quantitative water chemical analysis technology can directly detect the release amount of corrosion products under the condition of precise control of water chemical conditions, which is an efficient, direct and accurate test method. In terms of corrosion product migration and deposition, the corrosion product deposition test based on the out-of-pile hydrodynamic loop can better simulate the actual situation of PWR, with high feasibility and relatively low cost. The test conditions can cover different working conditions and design ranges, which is suitable for influencing factor analysis, law exploration and engineering verification. At present, there are few corrosion product characteristic data obtained at home and abroad, and there is a lack of experimental research under shutdown conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to systematically carry out corrosion product characteristic tests under different working conditions, and obtain the release, migration and deposition test data of corrosion products of the main components of the primary circuit, which provides support for the verification of domestic source term software.
