  • The inhibitors for acid pickling and brine were unable to meet the corrosion control in the acidic completion weighted by inorganic salt in Xinjiang oilfield.Based on the mechanism of acid pickling and brine inhibitors,using the agent synthetized by introducing special group to conventional treatment agent,and sufficiently playing synergism among a variety of treatment agents,a multi-component complex efficient inhibitor HCA-3 was successfully developed.The inhibitor could attain the corrosion rate of less than 0.076mm/a and inhibition rate of 98% in 30 g/100 ml sodium chloride and pH <3 acidic completion weighted by inorganic salt at 90 ℃.
