Effect of Polyaniline on Anticorrosive Performance of Epoxy Coatings

Polyaniline /epoxy anticorrosive coatings with mass froctions of emeraldine base form of polyaniline in coatings being 0％,1.5％,3％,5％,7％,10％ were prepared ,and theirs anticorrosive performance in 3.5％ NaCl solution was studied by polarization curves and EIS.Results indicate that the mass fraction influenced the anticorrosive performance of the coating.When the mass fraction of polyaniline in coating was less,the anticorrosive performance of coating increased with the increase of mass fraction,and then the anticorrosive performance of coating declined with the more increase of mass fraction.The anticorrosive performance of coating was the best when the mass fraction of polyaniline in coating was 5％.
