PREPARATION AND CHARACTERISTICS OF A NOVEL IMIDAZOLINE INHIBITOR

Imidazolinyl-ammonium-salt was synthesized from oleic acid and diethylenetriamine.The best formulation was developed by a research on the product,surfactant and inorganic anions in 5% hydrochloric acid at 50℃ with weight loss method.Under the conditions of different times and different temperatures,the inhibition rate of the composite inhibitor was studied.When the concerntration ratio of Imidazolinyl-ammonium-salt to I- was 1∶1 (mass ratio),the inhibition effect was the best.The inhibition rate of the composite inhibitor could increase by 07% compared with imidazoline only,and the inhibition rate for A3 steel reached above 99%.
