Abstract
Using high-speed steel as basis material,Ni-based alloy composite coatings with different P contents were prepared by electroless plating. The results of SEM showed that the alloy coating was cellular structure. The content of P was 10.94% in high P coating, the grains were homogencous and small in volume. The content of P was 3.15% in low P coating, the grains had comparatively large volume.According to the analysis of X-ray diffraction, the high P coating was uncrystalline structure, while the low P coating was crystalline. The microhardness and wear resistance of the coatings was significantly improved than the basis material.
