    TECHNICAL CONDITIONS OF CHEMICAL COMPOSITE PLATING OF Ni-B-NANO-TiO2

    • The optimal techniology for chemical composite plating of Ni-B-nano-TiO2 was studied by using raw materials of Ni-B chemical plating.Under the conditions of reducer KBH4 0.5g/L,stabilizer Pb(NO3)2 2.5mg/L,nanometer TiO2 powder 1.0g/L and pH=13,at 75℃,TiO2 being altrasonically dispersed and mechanically mixed,Ni-B-nano-TiO2 composite coating could be produced.The uniformity,brightness,corrosion resistance and high-temperature oxidation resistance of the Ni-B-nano-TiO2 composite coating were better than those of Ni-B.
