Anti-corrosion Performance of 316L Stainless Steel in Organic Amine Desulfurization Solution

    • The effect of the pH, temperature, Cl- concentration and SO42- concentration on the corrosion behavior of 316L stainless steel in the sintering flue gas organic amine desulfurization solution were studied using immersion method. The results showed that 316L stainless steel had pitting corrosion behavior in the desulfurization solution, and as the solution pH, temperature, SO42- concentration (60~140 g/L), and Cl- concentration (1~10 g/L) factors changing, different degrees corrosion occured; when pH<4, temperature>80 ℃, ρ(Cl-)>10 g/L, the effect of corrosion on 316L was more obvious.
