Corrosion Inhibition of Decvamine on Aluminium

Inhibitive performance of decvlamine on aluminium at different temperatures was investigated by means of electrochemical polarization curves and FT-IR,Some correlative thermodynamic functions were caculated.The adsorptive model of decvlamine on aluminium surface was discussed.The results of polarization curves show that the corrsion current tended to be low,the polarization resistance and inhibitive efficiency increased when decvlamine was adsorbed on aluminium.The results of FT-IR tests show that decvlamine was adsorbed and formed a film on metal by competitive model.
