    Anti-corrosion Application of Offshore Direct Drive Wind Power Generator-rotor

    • In order to improve the anti-corrosion performance of offshore direct driven wind power generator-rotor magnetic steel, rare earth NdFeB permanent magnets were used as magnetic steel and the reliability tests were carried out. The adhesive mixed by polyurethane potting resin and curing agent was used for potting and then high performance FRP composite was used for pasting, and polyurethane topcoat coating was used as the surface protection layer of the rotor magnetic steel. Application showed that the rotor magnetic steel was overall coated at installation time and thus had good offshore anti-corrosion ability.
