    Equivalent Relation of Aero Aluminum Alloy Corrosion Based on Corrosion Grade

    • With LY12CZ aluminum alloy specimens as research object and the corrosion grade as measurement parameter, the equivalent relation factor was obtained by carring out accelerated corrosion testing of LY12CZ specimens and actually measuring the LY12CZ structure corrosion damage in airport environment. Through calculation, the equivalent relation factor k between accelerated corrosion and airport environment corrosion was 0.95. The relationship between corrosion year and corrosion grade of LY12CZ in airport environment was further established. The validity and rationality of the equivalent relation were validated through contrast with measurement of the aircraft LY12CZ structure corrosion damage and analysis of correlative literature.
