    THE EFFECT OF PROCESS OF ELECTROLESS PLATING Ni-Co-P ALLOY ON COATING PROPERTIES

    • In order to improve the deposition rate and anti-corrosion properties of electroless plating Ni-Co-P,effects of the composition,pH value,temperature,rotating speed,surface active agent and stabilizing agents on the pitting rate and corrosion resistance of electroless plating Ni-Co-P were studied respectively.The optimum formula and process were acquired as follows: CoSO4 14 g/L,NiSO4 9 g/L,NaH2PO2 18 g/L,Na3C6H5O7 50 g/L,(NH4)2SO4 60 g/L,KIO3 8 mg/L,C18H28O3SHNa 50 mg/L,pH=9.0,80℃,60 r/min.
