Anti-corrosion Performance of Polyaniline/Acrylic Coatings

The polyaniline acrylic anticorrosive coatings with 0％,1.5％,3％,5％ and 10％ polyaniline were prepared respectively.The anticorrosive performance was studied by EIS and immersion testing in 3.5％ NaCl solution.The results indicated that the content of polyaniline influenced the anticorrosive performance of the coating obviously.The anticorrosive performance of the coating increased firstly,and then decreased with the increase of polyaniline content.The best coating was obtained when the content of polyaniline was 3％.
