Application of Encapsulation Antirust Technology of NC Machine

This paper introduces the principle and advantages of vapor corrosion inhibitor (VCI) volatile antirust packing technology.The performance of VCI volatile antirust packing technology was studied by the comparable experiment.Single simulation experiment of the machine with VCI packing was carried out in simulation environment,and compared with that of traditional vacuum packing.The results show that the antirust packing effect of VCI volatile antirust packing technology is reliable and stable.It will become the mainstream direction of antirust packing technology development.
