    Design and Application of Polyurea Anti-corrosion Coating for Concrete Surface of Flue Gas Desulfurization Devices

    • Anti-corrosion coating for the desulphurization flue and chimney of DTTW-Ⅲ-150 wet flue gas desulfurization equipment (FGD) in a coal-fired power plant was designed based on the characrerristics of environmental and technical parameters.Application results showed that polyureas coating could be used to protect the flue desulfurization equipment due to the properties of wear resistance and high temperature resistance.When the construction thickness was 3.0 mm,the high-temperature polyureas protective coating had a smooth appearance with adhesion of 7 MPa,and outstanding performance even at 150 ℃,the design life of FGD could be reached.
