Application of Plating Copper on Titanium Alloy TC2

A new process method with activation and hydrogenation of titanium surface was studied,which could solve the problem due to the auto-oxidation of titanium.Coating with good adhesion was obtained by plating copper after hydrogenation and heat treatment.The electrical conductivity and anti-contract corrosion performance were improved.
