Application of Biological Inverting Emulsifier to Anit-corrosion and Anti-scaling Technology of Oil Wells

    • In order to effectively control the corrosion and scaling of oil wells with high water content, using iturin A, bacillus licheniformis, fengycin and surfactin as biological surfactants compounded with β-carotene, vitamin C and sodium nitrite etc, a biological inverting emulsifier was obtained. This emulsifier can form a W/O type emulsion under the condition of a slight increase of the viscosity of crude oil and make the oil phase contact the downhole rod tube to solve the problems of corrosion and scaling of the wells. The field tests of 15 wells showed that the well loading increased by 3 to 4 percentage, but no clear phenomenon of corrosion and scaling was found.
