Parameter Optimization and High Temperature Resistance of Arc Sprayed Coatings with Cored Wires

Using CrB as shielding material of arc sprayed,arc sprayed coatings were obtained on the surface of 20 steel.The optimal processing parameters were found out by studying the influence of spraying parameters on the high temperature corrosion resistantce.The results indicated that the best processing parameters for arc spraying the powder-cored wire coating were the spraying pressure 0.5 MPa,arc voltage 40 V,electric current 120 A and spraying distance 140 mm.
