COMPARISON OF CO₂ CORROSION BEHAVIORS OF SEVERAL MATERIALS

Abstract

Five kinds of typical materials were tested in autoclave purged with CO2 atmosphere.The surface morphology and composition were observed and anolyzed.Through orthogonal test,corrosion rates were obtained with weight-loss test.The corrosion resistance of materials was in the order of 1Cr18Ni9Ti>1Cr13>aluminized mild steel>zinc impregnated N80>N80.
