  • In recent years,with the development of microzone electrochemical theory and measurement & testing technology,these techniques are very important electrochemical measurement methods widely used in corrosion areas.In this paper,the basic principle of local electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (LEIS) is described.Especially the application of the technique in the studies of metallic corrosion is illustrated.
