TECHNOLOGY AND PROPERTY OF Sn ELECTROPLATED WITH METHYL SULFONATE

The performance,including anti-oxidized ability,binding force,weldability and corrosion resistance of sulfate tin-plating products and methanesulfonic acid series tin-plating products was analyzed.The property of the coating of methanesulfonic acid series tin-plating was better than that of sulfate tin-plating.The solution of methanesulfonic acid series tin-plating craft was stable and environmental friendly and the compositions were simple.
