Analysis and Improvement Measures of Corrosion Problems in Diacidfier Bottom Heat-exchanger

Ammonia in the coal oven gas is used as desulfurizer to clean and absorb H2S in the coal oven gas through the AS desulfuration process, which has the advantages of short process, few equipment and low energy consumption.But the common problom is the serious corrosion of process equiment and pipes. The main causes of the corrosion problems of the diacidfier bottom heat-exchangers were analyzed and some improvement measures were put forward.
