The Way to Improve External Pipeline Coating Quality

Because of excellent anti-corrosion property,three layer polyolefin coatings(3LPO)and fusion bonded epoxy(FBE) have dominated the pipe coating market in the world.But poor adhesion has been identified on pipelines coated with 3LPO & FBE coatings in 3 or 5 years all over the world.To improve the pipeline coating quality,a new blasting technology and an optimum coating process have been introduced.The practical results indicate that they are very effective to improve 3LPE coating quality.
