Corrosion Resistance of Two Types of Zn Matrix Composite Material

Zn-Al-TiO2 and Zn-Sn-Al2O3 were prepared by casting method.By means of anodic polarization curves and corrosion testing,the corrosion resistance of two different Zn matrix composite materials were analyzed.The results indicated that the corrosion resistance of Zn-Al-TiO2 and Zn-Sn-Al2O3 had been improved obviously compared to pure zinc in tap-water,5% NaOH,5% H2SO4 and 5% NaCl solutions.
