    PREPARATION AND CORROSION RESISTANCE OF COMPLEX FILM COMPOSED OF SELF-ADJUSTING MOLECULE AND CORROSION INHIBITOR ON ALUMINUM SURFACE

    • After assembling BTESPT of molecule's thickness on the surface,the Aluminum sheet was immerged in a solution with long line alkyl organic acid ester corrosion inhibitor.Then the sheet was taken out of the solution,then dried and cured in a condition to form compact hydrophobe complex film.The corrosion resistant of the film was examined by using salt-spray test,polarization curves and AC impedance.The complex film had excellent corrosion resistant for aluminum and did not contain heavy metal and fluorin element.
