INFLUENCE OF FOUR STABILIZERS ON ELECTROLESS Ni-P SOLUTION AND CORROSION RESISTANCE OF Ni-P COATING
The influence of four stabilizers on electroless Ni-P solution and corrosion resistance of electroless Ni-P coating was studied by anodic polarization and EIS.H2NCSNH2 resulted in the best deposition rate of 21 μm/h;KI led to the best corrosion resistance;Cd2+ among the four stabilizers had the best stability in plating solution.
