    Synthesis of Corrosion Inhibitor and Its Performance under Air Injection Corrosive Environment

    • A kind of imidazoline corrosion inhibitor BMIA was synthesized, and then it was mixed with hydrazine as an excellent deoxidant, and finally a novel corrosion inhibition system BMIA-H was gained.The best ratio of imidazoline corrosion inhibitor to hydrazine was evaluated by dynamic weight loss method.The inhibition performance of BMIA-H was studied by polarization curve measurement and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results reveal that the best ratio of imidazoline BMIA to hydrazine was 2∶3. When the mass concentration of BMIA-H was 500 mg/L, the efficiency could reach 98.32%. BMIA-H is a mixed-type corrosion inhibitor.
